Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase.   However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item.

After receiving the item back in its original, unworn condition, I will refund via Paypal the purchase price, minus shipping/handling charges.   Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage.

Repairs 

I create each of my items with great attention to detail, and re-inspect each one before shipping. All items are unconditionally guaranteed for 90 days from date of receipt.

With minimal care, your purchase should last for years to come. However, if after 90 days of purchase, you have a problem with your item – for example, a bead breaks - I will repair the item for only the cost of shipping and any replacement parts. Email/convo me for more information.
