If you have any questions about my items, my policies - or if you're new here and need a little help completing a transaction - please feel free to contact me.



Payment is expected within 24 hours. If you do not pay within 24 hours, nor do you contact me, I will cancel the transaction and relist the item for sale.

Paying via credit card is easy and secure using PayPal.



Don't you just love the thrill of opening a little gift? Whether for you or for someone else, each of my jewelry items is placed in a drawstring pouch OR small decorative box. It is then shipped securely in a 4-inch cube box.

Multiple purchases will ship in a single box, space permitting, unless you specify otherwise. I do combine postage fees for multiple items shipped to the same location.

I usually ship within two business days after receiving payment. If there is a delay, I will notify my customer immediately.

Items are shipped via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you would like a shipping upgrade, please contact me before paying so I can provide you with a shipping estimate and modified PayPal invoice.

Currently, my shipping profile is set for U.S. only. If you are not located in the United States, please contact me so I may research the various shipping methods, customs requirements, etc. to your location. I do plan to offer international shipping in the future. Please note that I will *not* mark the Customs Form as a 'gift' (it's illegal in the U.S. to do so).



Custom requests are welcome. I enjoy collaborating with customers to create extra something special. Feel free to contact me with your ideas.



I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item.

After receiving the item back in its original, unworn condition, within 14 days of contacting me, I will refund via Paypal the purchase price, minus shipping/handling charges. Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage.



I create each of my items with great attention to detail, and re-inspect each one before shipping. All items are unconditionally guaranteed for 90 days from date of receipt.

With minimal care, your purchase should last for years to come. However, if after 90 days of purchase, you have a problem with your item – for example, a bead breaks - I will repair the item for only the cost of shipping and any replacement parts. Contact me for more information.
