This piece of pink sea glass came to me from Greece as part of a rather ridiculous quantity of sea glass I bought. Pink is one of the more unusual sea glass colors, so of course I couldn't wait to play with it. I set it in Argentium* silver and paired it with a 22" sterling silver chain, keeping the setting simple so the sea could be the star.
I love the soft pink color and the way the irregular shape gives it some personality. And because each piece of sea glass has its own unique shape, texture, and history, no two pendants will ever be quite the same.

How to care for sea glass: The sea glass used in this pendant has been lightly oiled to bring out the vibrancy of the color. It will eventually take on a lighter, frostier appearance, which is beautiful. If you prefer the darker, more vibrant appearance, simply wipe a small amount of oil on the sea glass and wipe off. My favorite is coconut oil.

Argentium silver has a purity level of 94% to 96% (versus 92.5% for sterling silver). While it's not tarnish free, it is less prone to oxidization due the addition of germanium, and the decrease in copper content.
